Two jazz greats - bassist Dave Holland and saxophonist Chris Potter - join the greatest tabla virtuoso of all time - the incomparable Zakir Hussain, who has just been named "Percussionist of the Year" by_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_Jazz Journalists Association.

A soloist of astonishing abilities, Chris Potter was recently hailed at DownBeat as “One of the Most Studied (and Copied) Saxophonists on the Planet”, voted best tenor saxophonist by the Jazz Journalists Association in 2013, 2015 and has in 2018 and nominated also this year for two Grammy®.

A virtuoso of the highest level of tabla, Zakir Hussain reveals an unparalleled mastery in his instrument, namely for his formidable intuition as an improviser, a characteristic that very early brought him close to the typical spontaneity of jazz.
